We collect information from you when you fill out a membership application, report form, test request form or place an order on one of the on-line stores that TRMN runs or maintains. Additionally, you may be asked to enter the name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, membership number, and age of other members in TRMN. If placing an order on one of TRMN’s on-line stores you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and membership number. No financial information is collected through our sites.

Any of the information TRMN collects from you may be used in one of the following ways: To determine the current status of the member To determine or maintain the current status of TRMN To determine eligibility and issue awards and other certifications to members To determine eligibility for and to issue Saganami Island course requests To fulfill any orders you have placed on any of TRMN’s on-line stores.

How do we protect your information?
All supplied sensitive information is encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems. Authorized users are required to keep the information confidential subject to TRMN policies and procedures, as well as state and federal law. After a submission, your private information (e-mail address, mailing address, etc…) will be kept on file for more than 60 days in order to maintain a record of submissions and/or orders.
